We've worked hard to make the process of purchasing personalised gifts online as easy as possible. But should you have any problems, here is a step by step run-down on the process:
Search for a product
Using either the search panel that appears on the left side of each page or the 'product range' button on the menu panel at the top of the page, go through our range of personalised gifts and find a product you like. All of our products have been indexed so that searching is easy.
Selecting your preferred item
If have found an item you like, click on the 'more details' button. This will take you to a page where you can calculate the cost of the products you desire, including any branding, simply by going through the following process:
1. Select the colours you would like - click on your preferred colour/colours then select them by clicking on the forward arrow. You can also remove colour options the same way by clicking on the backward arrow.
2. Choose the quantities you require of each colour - after step one you will note that boxes appear showing all the sizes (if any) that are available in the colours you have selected. Simply enter the quantities that you require in these boxes.
3. Choose whether you want the items branded or not - this can be done by choosing 'yes' or 'no' from the appropriate box. If you have chosen 'no' go to point 6 of these instructions.
4. Select how many logos you want applied - simply use the drop down box to do this
5. Tell us how you would like this logos applied - using the drop down boxes select the logo application method that you would prefer and then either the size of number of colours you would like printed depending on whether you want your [KEYWORD] embroidered, engraved or printed. Should you not fully understand what you want, simply select what you feel is closest and we will sort out the rest with you during the production process.
6. Now add the items to your enquiry basket
Your Shopping Basket
Once you have arrived here, you will find that the product that was of interest to you is waiting in your basket. At this point, you have not made an order so don't panic! Now you have three options:
Option 1: Select More Items
Option 2: Send Me A Quote
Option 3: Place Order Now
Option 1: If you choose 'Select More Items'
You will taken back into the site so you can choose more products to add to your basket. Every selection you make will be retained until you are ready to go to the next step.
Option 2: If you choose 'Email Me This Quote'
You will be taken to a screen where you will be asked to fill in a few details so that we can contact you about your enquiry. You will then receive an automatic electronic quote from us to your nominated emailed inbox.
Option 3: If you choose 'Place Order Now'
You will be taken into the next screen, where you can enter all your delivery and credit card details. If you have selected to brand your selections, one of our team will then be in touch to start this production process with your assistance. If they are unbranded, they will be shipped to you immediately.
